In 2008 planning permission was granted for a 23 storey building at 25 Churchill Place. It was designed by architects Kohn Pederson Fox and is one of the most energy efficient office buildings in Canary Wharf. Some of the environmental features include lifts that can store and reuse energy elsewhere in the building.

Principally occupied by the European Medicines Agency and professional services firm, EY, the building stands at approximately 130m with 23 floors, including 19 floors of Grade A office space and incorporating four atria on the western elevation. It is also full of Shadbolt FSC® certified European oak veneered doors and doorsets as well as horizontally orientated FSC® Bamboo veneered washroom cubicle fronts throughout.

Completed in late 2014, it is symbolic as it is the last office site on the original Canary Wharf masterplan to be developed.  Shadbolt also take pride in being part of the completion of this circle as it has been involved with the supply of veneered panels, doors and doorsets to almost every single building in Canary Wharf including the very first ones, known as FC1, FC2, FC3, FC47, FC5 and FC6, back in the early 90’s.
