Holland Green is a residential complex of 3 apartment buildings grouped around the new home of the Design Museum at the south of Holland Park in Kensington, London.

Designed by OMA, Holland Green comprises 62 residential spaces ranging from 1 bedroom up to 5 bedrooms. The buildings are arranged parallel with the exhibition hall, creating strong cubic shapes in a park setting. They range from 7 to 9 storeys high, together with a secure basement car park, a spa and entertainment rooms.

Residents are provided with a full concierge service and have an outstanding spa and entertainment area at the beasement level. The spa is double-height with a 20-metre heated swimming pool whilst the entertainment area includes a cinema, a private function room, a golf simulator and a children’s playroom.

Shadbolt were asked to manufacture and supply bespoke FSC® certified crown cut figured white sycamore veneered panels, fire doors and doorsets with routed solid simulated ebony inlays. In addition, Class O paint lacquered panels in a variety of colours were also supplied.
