Located in Bassinshaw ward, which is historically the City’s smallest ward of the Basing family dating back to the 13th century. The area is now the heart of the financial district, and the eye-catching Woolgate Exchange boasts Grade A office accommodation, gym, deli, and auditorium.

The building was originally built in 2000, and to keep the planners happy, the facades facing the street are clad in Portland stone to match traditional buildings nearby.

Other elevations hidden from the street were dealt with more simply, with the north facade is constructed from London Stock Brick and the south is a sloping curtain wall.

Current tenants include The University of Chicago Booth School of Business which has recently been fitted out with Shadbolt crown cut American cherry veneered panels and glazed fire doors.
